Cotswold Outdoor / Help Me Choose
Project Brief
We pitched an idea to our client Cotswold, to expand on a series of successful films that we'd already produced (the Knowledge). We suggested a series of short (2 min) videos that helped their customers make the right decision when choosing outdoor clothing and equipment. Cotswold launched their new website in autumn 2010 with Help Me Choose videos an integral part to the information offered on their website. There are currently 9 videos in the series and growing.
What we did
We created the content from our original idea through to final export and everything in-between. We used a combination of media to create these short information videos. Starting with the topics for the films Cotswold required, we wrote the scripts and began a series of location shoots in the UK, shot products on green-screen in the studio, created motion graphics and edited them all together with voiceover and music. I have been to a few shoots in my previous life as an account director in London web agencies, but I was absolutely blown away at the level Snowline was striving to get to.
